SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: We provide all supplies and equipment. However, if you have any special products you would prefer we use, they would need to be pre-approved through Mrs. Olson's. Due to the standards of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Association), we are required to have MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) on every product we use. You may be asked to provide us with this information if required. When using your product, we cannot guarantee the performance of that product.
OUR HOUSEKEEPERS: All housekeepers are our employees and are thoroughly trained before they are assigned to your home. We do not use subcontractors.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING: We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule on occasion. We ask that you notify our office staff at least one week prior to the date of change. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If notice is not within the minimum time allowed, or if cancellation is made upon arrival of the houskeeper, or she/he is locked out and cannot enter for any reason, you will be billed 1/2 of your cleaning rate.
PETS: Please let us know if your pets are to kept inside. Our employees should e able to move about to perform their duties freely. If you are not sure how your pet will react while our employee is in your home, please have your pet put in a place where both the housekeeper and the pet are most comfortable during hte cleaning of your hoem. We do not clean up after animals. We will clean up a little spilled kitty litter or food and animal hair.
DISPOSAL OF WASTE: We have faced many controversial areas as described to us from Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) in the emptying of wastebaskets and garbage containers due to the Biological Hazard they may contain. For this reason we do not empty or clean wastebaskets or garbage containter of any kind.
PREPARATIONS OF YOUR HOME: Please have your clothing, toys, papers, etc. picked up as much as possible. If you find yourself short on time and are unable to take care of this, the housekeeper will work around the items the best she can. If you find you can use some assistance with preparing your home for your clean, please give us a call and ask about our "Full Service". For the additional fee of $30.00 above your general cleaning rate, the housekeeper will spend up to one hour picking up, washing dishes, changing beds, watering house plants, etc. Housekeepers will not clean any rooms that have the door closed. If you have a room that requires the door to be closed, but it needs to be cleaned, call the office to let us know.

We will cheerfully remedy the problem. A customer serivce representative will pay a visit to your home and inspect the work, and the job will be completed to your satisfaction.
